Pillow Punk adj. (noun Pillow Punk Kingdom ) :  an internet and irl hybrid aesthetic identifiable both visually- as an alternative, Maximilian, grunge, queer (campy/main character energy), fashion and art style - and musically as a distinct fusion of hip-hop and disco with a sound that can be connected to drum and bass, jungle, dancehall, reggaeton, socca, disco, gogo, tango, house music and many other regional Afro-American dance beats. There is no completing an exhaustive list of influences or lineages because we are a diaspora of Black alternative fashion, culture, and music AKA the Pillow Punk Kingdom.
